I have been going to Mutters Hearing for many years. I’m on my fourth pair of hearing aids. Joe Mutter is very good at his job and he’s very personable. Also, Maria, his assistant, is very nice also. It is a pleasure going there because they are both so nice and I feel comfortable with both of them. I give them both 10 stars!

Mr Mutter is a professional with a warm demeanor. He explained the testing procedure and follow-up process clearly and frequently asked me if I had any questions. I highly recommend him to anyone with hearing concerns.

He called on a Thursday and was told that the technician wouldn't be there on Friday, so come in anytime the next week and no appointment was necessary. We walked in Monday and it turned out they had the part in stock. Mr Mutter came over and replaced the part. Then as we discussed that we used to drive to Boynton Beach to get our hearing aids serviced, he remarked that it was unnecessary. Mr Mutter then offered to clean the hearing aids since we were already there. As he was cleaning them, he noticed that there was a software update needed, so he offered to do that. While the update was processing, we talked about how to maintain the hearing aids and that he would service them for us without requiring a contract, just reasonable fees. Our previous providers wanted a contract or they charged exorbitant fees. Then, he even gave us a box of wax guards. Mr Mutter spent more time with us ensuring the hearing aids were working properly than any of our recent providers. We offered to pay his regular service fee, but he insisted it wasn't necessary. We felt that he truly cared about just providing great service. We wished we knew about him 8 years ago when we moved to the area. We'll be loyal customers from now on.

In 2016, as a Snowbird in Florida, I decided that I needed to be retested with my hearing. I did not know where to go. I drove around and stopped in at several hearing aid places in St. Lucie. My first question was how much would new hearing aids cost me? In each place I was told that I would have to make an appointment first. As I drove on St. Lucie West Blvd I saw a sign for Mutter’s Hearing Center. I pulled in and went in. There I met Joe Mutter. I asked him the same question and he gave me the price range no appointment necessary! He then asked me some questions about my hearing. I was SOLD by his willingness to tell me how much and his knowledge about hearing loss. That February, while trying out my new hearing aids from Joe, I went to my Grandson’s wedding. For the first time I was able to hear my very young grandchildren talking clearly! Needless to say, I bought the hearing aids and have been with Joe ever since. Last year I broke one of my hearing aids. I was due to fly to NY the next day. I called Joe. He had me come right in and ordered me a new part to be delivered in NY! I was so thankful and I had my hearing aid within a few days! Joe saved the day! I feel Joe gives you his undivided attention. He explains the hearing tests and results to you. He explains everything about your hearing aids, and works with you so you have the best settings for YOU and are getting the best hearing you can from the Aids. Joe is very empathetic with the Hearing Impaired. He will do his best to get the correct hearing aids for you. He will have you come in as often as it takes to get the best results. Mutter’s Hearing Center is First Class! I highly recommend it.

When I went in she assisted me as one of my hearing aids was not working and information on maintenance on my aids was something not given to me from previous facility where I got my aids. Felt I was taken care of and made a priority. Now I can hear better and will be getting new hearing aids only from Mutter's.
