Dr Mutter and staff are amazing! Not only is the doctor extremely thorough, he worked with my husband, with patience, to achieve his best hearing. We have since moved out of state and, unfortunately, his hearing aids became problematic. They sent the aids back to the manufacturer who has replaced them and sent back them to the doctor’s office. They have posted them back to us on the same day.
I was so impressed with Joe and his team! I have been to other audio establishments, and even ENTs. This was the first time I was actually allowed to hear what I’m supposed to hear! It was a revelation!
I have found Mutters Hearing an exceptional office for all my hearing needs. I’ve been doing business with Joe Mutter for many years. Initially, I wanted in the ear aids even though Joe didn’t think they might have been the right help for me at the time. That was many years ago. Now, I’m a lot older and my hearing has gotten worse so Joe and I discussed the aids I need now. I tried many other brands at other places that were cheaper but didn’t help. They just magnified the sounds around me without the clarity I needed. My new hearing aids are so much better and the attention I’ve gotten from Joe and his office staff as I make some minor adjustments has been beyond my satisfaction. They are all supportive and manage to get me an appointment as soon as they can. I’d thoroughly recommend them to anyone in need of a good quality audio specialist who puts the client above all else.
I had a hearing test here this morning, and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and treated me with kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I even learned that I may have some hearing loss that I wasn’t fully aware of. Their customer service was outstanding, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality hearing care and a caring, knowledgeable team.

I stopped by Mutter’s Hearing office while out running errands and was greated with a friendly reception and offered assistance without an appointment. I was given a hearing test and a referral to an ENT without any charge. I look forward to working on my hearing loss issues with Joe and Maria.

Dr Mutter’s is truely a caring provider. He was friendly and eager to assist me with my 88 year old mother who was visiting. He delivered beyond my expectations. Highly recommend him. The follow thru and communication was remarkable.
Stopped by to make a few inquiries today about issue minutes with my old hearing aids. MARIA was kind, helpful and treated me with respect even though I’m not currently a patient. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be treated kindly by knowledgeable staff.
The audiologist, Joe Mutter, explains everything he recommends in detail. And is always available to make the proper adjustments to accommodate your hearing loss. His assistant, Maria, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend this practice.

I was in town on a short vacation. I forgot to pack the charger for my hearing aids. I was able to have my daughter mail it to me at my resort, however, in the meantime I really needed to charge them. The people at Mutter’s were so kind and allowed me to use a charger while I was waiting for mine to arrive. They even went as far as to put in new screens and clean them for me. Thank you! You saved the day
I’ve been always treated with respect and understanding at Mutter’s. High end hearing devices are not without technical glitches— it’s the world we live in. Each time I’ve experienced a problem the solution was expeditiously handled. And if there’s another customer service person more congenial and helpful than Maria I’ve not met them.

What kind staff!! They catered to my 92 year old Mum as if she was their own! Mum found the testing very comfortable & found out that she is quite deaf. She can’t wait for her next appointment to have hearing aids fitted. Great place. Highly recommend.
