        "text": "What kind staff!! They catered to my 92 year old Mum as if she was their own!  Mum found the testing very comfortable & found out that she is quite deaf. She can\u2019t wait for her next appointment to have hearing aids fitted. Great place. Highly recommend.",

The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and treated me with kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I even learned that I may have some hearing loss that I wasn\u2019t fully aware of.\n\nTheir customer service was outstanding, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality hearing care and a caring, knowledgeable team.",
