We're from out of town and my husband was having issues with his hearing aids which were purchased elsewhere. We took a chance and walked into Mutter's. No appointment. Maria took the time and trouble to contact the manufacturer and was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Maria! Outstanding customer service!

Our Mother has been going to Dr. Mutter for many years. Since we have been taking her to Her appointments the last several years, we have noticed she continues to receive the same reliable and kind service from he and his staff, that she always has had in the past. Thank you , Dr. Mutter, for always being so helpful!

I have been going to Mutters Hearing for many years. I’m on my fourth pair of hearing aids. Joe Mutter is very good at his job and he’s very personable. Also, Maria, his assistant, is very nice also. It is a pleasure going there because they are both so nice and I feel comfortable with both of them. I give them both 10 stars!

I went to Dr. Mutters a few days ago and he was very kind and insightful. Seemed to actually care about my health and helping me. However I have Medicaid and it’s very hard for me to find providers that accept it. Instead of giving me low grade hearing aids covered by insurance he advised me that something more advanced would really make a difference for me and I couldn’t have agreed more as my basic hearing aids I have now are not all that helpful. I wish I could continue to see him but unfortunately due to the financial constraints myself and my family are facing I have to hold off on new hearing aids but will definitely go back to him when I am able to and get new hearing aids.

I had a great experience! The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. If I felt uncomfortable being there, she quickly made me feel right at home. Mr Mutter is a professional with a warm demeanor. He explained the testing procedure and follow-up process clearly and frequently asked me if I had any questions. I highly recommend him to anyone with hearing concerns.
